We bought another machine before this one and we promptly returned it due to it not working after just using it a couple times. We then purchased this one. This machine takes up much less space than others we saw that were horizontal instead of vertical. This machine was much faster with the juicing process. The clean up is so easy and easy to put together as well. We use the machine every morning and we have had zero issues with it. We have juiced carrots, celery, beets, oranges, ginger and no problems. If you are thinking of getting a masticating juicer i would highly recommend this one. The only down side was the cups that come in package they are small but we just use our own.
